Abstract:
Aiming at the conditions that the efficiency of coalbed methane (CBM) drainage is low, the spontaneous combustion is serious caused by blind mining and other related problems, the technology is proposed that intelligent drainage and linkage device. This device monitors the related parameters of accidents, and the accident development state is defined through parameters change. When the critical point of the accident reaches, some suppression technique measures are taken, the related equipment is opened or closed, which ensures the safe operation of the drainage system. At the same time, according to the concentration and the flow index of CBM drainage, as well as the flow condition of CBM, the condition of CBM drainage can be evaluated. When the drainage efficiency is too low, the frequency conversion device is started to reduce the frequency or close the corresponding branch in order to guarantee the economic and efficient operation of drainage system.
