华亭煤矿强冲击倾向煤巷掘进期间矿压防治技术

    Mine Stress Prevention and Control Technology for Coal Roadway Excavation with Strong Impact Tendency in Huating Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对华亭煤矿强冲击倾向性特厚煤层巷道掘进期间冲击矿压显现的剧烈性及复杂性,秉着“强支护、强监测、强卸压”的原则,结合华亭煤矿地质开采条件,在采区巷道布置、巷道支护技术及掘进期间的卸压解危技术方面入手,全面调整优化参数,降低应力集中程度、提高巷道支护强度、降低矿压显现强度,与条件近似的工作面掘进期间相比,显现次数、巷道破坏、影响时间及人员伤亡情况显著降低,取得了较好效果,保障了巷道的安全掘进。

       

      Abstract: According to the violence and complexity of rock burst for specially thick coal seam roadway with strong impact tendency in Huating Coal Mine, adhering to the principle of “strong supporting, strong monitoring and strong unloading”, combined with the geological mining conditions of Huating Coal Mine, from the aspects of roadway layout and roadway supporting technology and the pressure relief technology during excavation, some measures had been taken, such as adjusting and optimizing parameters fully, reducing the degree of stress concentration, improving the strength of roadway supporting, and decreasing the intensity of mine stress behaviors. The results showed that the time, roadway damage, influence time and casualties had significantly reduced for mine stress behaviors compared with the approximate conditions of working face excavation. It had achieved a good effect and ensured the safe excavation of mine roadway.
