立井“疏-堵-固”快速揭穿突出煤层综合施工技术

    “Dredging-plugging-solidifying” Comprehensive Construction Technology for Rapid Uncovering Outburst Coal Seam in Vertical Shaft

    • 摘要: 结合首山一矿立井揭煤实际情况,提出了“疏-堵-固”快速揭煤综合施工技术,即:在井筒布置6圈钻孔和1个中心孔,孔底间距3 m,控制井筒掘进断面轮廓线外12 m区域范围内戊9-10煤层。采用煤岩体钻孔封孔剂把第1圈钻孔和中心孔封孔并安装压力表,揭煤爆破前全过程监测煤体瓦斯压力变化情况;第6、第5、第4圈钻孔施工完毕后安装抽放管及封孔器;施工完第3、第2圈钻孔,安设加工好的金属骨架连接注浆专用封孔器封孔;第6至第2圈钻孔按要求完成封孔后,联网抽放瓦斯;瓦斯抽放结束后,利用第3、第2圈金属骨架进行预注浆联合支护加固煤体。该技术堵截了煤层及瓦斯向井筒工作面位移和溢出,增强了井筒周围煤(岩)体的承载能力、整体性和稳定性,提高了井筒揭过突出煤层时的安全系数。

       

      Abstract: According to the actual condition of vertical shaft uncovering coal in Shoushan No.1 Mine, the comprehensive construction technology “dredging-plugging-solidifying” of rapid uncovering coal was proposed. Six circle boreholes and a center hole were arranged in the wellbore, the spacing of hole bottom was 3 m, to control E9-10 coal seam within the region of 12 m outside shaft excavation section contour. The borehole sealing agent of coal and rock was used to seal the first lap and the center hole and pressure gauges were installed here, the gas pressure change was monitored before uncovering coal blasting; drainage pipes and sealing devices were fixed up after the sixth, fifth, forth lap borehole construction; after the third,the second lap borehole construction, the processed metal skeleton was set up to connect the grouting and sealing hole devices; the network gas drainage was carried out after sealing borehole from the second to the sixth lap; after gas drainage, the third,the second metal skeleton was used to conduct pregrouting and coal support strengthening. This technology blocked the displacement and overflowing of coal seam and gas towards to the working face of wellbore, and enhanced the carrying capacity, integrity and stability of coal (rock) mass around the wellbore, thus improved the safety factor of the wellbore uncovering outburst coal seams.
