含自由面岩体预裂爆破控制技术

    Pre-splitting Blasting Control Technology for Rock with Free Surface

    • 摘要: 运用波的传播规律及力学知识,分析了应力波在自由面附近的传播形式,得出了采用反射系数表示岩体自由面反射前与反射后的应力关系式,认为反射应力随应力波入射自由面角度增大而减小。根据柱状爆破岩体破坏特征将含自由面岩体分为:爆破空腔、裂隙发育区、弹性区和反射应力拉伸破坏区,并针对煤层预裂爆破提出了保护自由面完整性的方法。运用LS-DYNA程序模拟了爆破应力波在自由面及无反射边界面的传播形式,认为应力波在自由面处发生反射,在距自由面0.5~0.8 m范围内形成反射应力波作用区。

       

      Abstract: The use of propagation law of wave and mechanical knowledge, propagation form of stress wave in the vicinity of the free surface was analyzed, and the rock stress relationship expressed by reflection coefficient before and after free surface reflection was obtained, and the reflected stress decreases with the increase of stress wave incidence angle on free surface. According to the column blasting rock failure characteristics, the rock containing the free surface is divided into blasting cavity, fracture zones, elastic and reflective stress tensile failure zone, and coal pre-splitting blasting method for protecting the integrity of free surface is proposed. LS-DYNA program is used to simulate blasting stress wave propagation in the form of the free surface and the non-reflective side of the interface, the result is that the stress wave reflected at the free surface and formed stress wave reflection area in the range of 0.5 to 0.8 m away from the free surface.
