氧气呼吸器高压密封材料的热重分析试验

    Thermogravimetric Analysis Experiment on High Pressure Sealing Material of Oxygen Respirator

    • 摘要: 采用加压热重分析仪对正压氧气呼吸器所用高压密封材料进行热重分析试验。通过建立尼龙、聚四氟乙烯、丁腈橡胶、氟橡胶的热重分析曲线,得到在不同氧气压力下的着火点,确定材料着火点随着压力的升高而逐渐降低;分析了高压密封材料在压力和温度升高的过程中氧化反应放热不断加速,集聚的热量最终导致密封材料着火。提出选取氧指数较高的材料,有助于降低氧气呼吸器高压供气系统着火的可能性。

       

      Abstract: We use pressurized thermogravimetry to carry out thermogravimetric analysis of high pressure sealing material used in oxygen respirator with positive pressure. Through establishing the thermogravimetric analysis curve of nylon, teflon, nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber, we get ignition point under different oxygen pressure and determine that ignition point of material gradually reduces with the increase of pressure, analyze that the heat-release of high pressure sealing material oxidation reaction is constantly accelerated and the accumulated heat will lead to fire of sealing material. Selecting high oxygen index material is conductive to reduce the fire possibility of high-pressure gas supply system of oxygen respirator.
