Abstract:
Based on the principle of two-fluid supersonic atomization technology, we designed two supersonic fluid aerosol preparation system and colloidal particle size distribution analysis system, applied the system to study atomized colloidal particle size distribution and tested particle size parameters of different pressure, different types of nozzles in a different locations. The results show that the air pressure is 0.6 MPa when the water pressure is 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 MPa respectively; along the axis distance of 300, 500 and 700 mm, the atomized particle size becomes smaller first and then becomes stable with the increase of axial distance; under the same atmospheric pressure and water pressure, the average particle diameter of droplet becomes smaller and flow becomes larger with the increase of nozzle diameter; MAL1130B1 nozzle atomization is best under the conditions of 1.2 MPa fluid pressure, 0.6 MPa air pressure.
