煤自燃防治气溶胶制备的试验

    Test on Aerosol Preparation for Coal Spontaneous Combustion Prevention and Control

    • 摘要: 基于二流体超音速雾化技术原理,设计了二流体超音速雾化气溶胶制备系统和胶体粒度分布分析系统,应用该系统对雾化胶体粒度分布进行研究,测试了不同压力、不同型号雾化喷嘴在不同位置的雾化粒度参数。试验结果表明:供气压力为0.6 MPa,水压力分别为0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2 MPa时,沿喷雾轴向距喷头300、500、700 mm 处随着轴向距离的增加,雾化粒径先变小后趋于稳定;在同一大气压和水压下,随着喷嘴孔径的变大,流量变大,雾滴平均粒径变小;液体压力为1.2 MPa、气压为0.6 MPa条件下MAL1130B1喷嘴雾化粒度最佳。

       

      Abstract: Based on the principle of two-fluid supersonic atomization technology, we designed two supersonic fluid aerosol preparation system and colloidal particle size distribution analysis system, applied the system to study atomized colloidal particle size distribution and tested particle size parameters of different pressure, different types of nozzles in a different locations. The results show that the air pressure is 0.6 MPa when the water pressure is 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 MPa respectively; along the axis distance of 300, 500 and 700 mm, the atomized particle size becomes smaller first and then becomes stable with the increase of axial distance; under the same atmospheric pressure and water pressure, the average particle diameter of droplet becomes smaller and flow becomes larger with the increase of nozzle diameter; MAL1130B1 nozzle atomization is best under the conditions of 1.2 MPa fluid pressure, 0.6 MPa air pressure.
