静电点火下煤粉爆炸特性研究

    Research on Coal Dust Explosion Characteristics Under Electrostatic Ignition

    • 摘要: 为完善粉尘爆炸测试方法,建立了一套基于20 L球形爆炸装置的煤粉爆炸特性参数的测试系统。实验采用大能量静电点火对不同粒径的煤粉-空气混合物的爆炸特性进行了研究,测得了不同实验条件下煤粉的爆炸特性参数。实验结果表明,随着煤粉浓度的增加,爆炸压力、压力上升速率等爆炸参数先增大后减小;煤粉粒径对其爆炸特性影响很大,煤粉粒度越小,爆炸烈度越强烈;随着点火能量的增大,爆炸压力、爆炸压力上升速率等爆炸参数逐渐增大,当点火能量增大到一定值时,这些参数又趋于稳定。

       

      Abstract: To improve dust explosion test method,a testing system is established based on 20 L spherical explosion test spparatus to test coal dust explosion parameters. Compared with the chemical ignition,the discharge time of electrostatic ignition is short.For laboratory experiment,electrostatic ignition is both safe and reliable.The experiment adopts electrostatic ignition to study explosion properties of different sizes of coal dust.The experiment has measured the coal dust explosion parameters under different conditions.The results show that with the increase of coal dust concentration, explosion pressure, maximum rate of pressure rising and other explosion parameters first increase and then decrease.The particle size influences explosion characteristics greatly. The smaller the coal dust particle size,the more violent the explosion. With the increase of ignition energy, explosion pressure and the maximum rate of pressure rise increase gradually. When the ignition energy increases to a certain value, these parameters tend to be stable.
