煤矿高浓度胶结充填开采覆岩变形规律

    Overlying Strata Deformation Law of High Concentration Cemented Filling Mining in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了研究煤矿高浓度胶结充填开采覆岩变形规律,以新阳矿十采区10203充填开采工作面为背景,应用理论分析、数值模拟和相似模拟的方法对充填开采工作面上覆岩层的变形特征进行了研究。结果表明:充填开采主关键层不发生破断,只有微小的变形;覆岩变形以垂直方向的整体弯曲下沉运动为主,上覆岩层不发生断裂和垮落,无明显的垮落带;与垂直方向相比,水平方向的移动变形量很小,基本可以忽略。根据上述结论,将充填开采地表移动变形的研究重点放在垂直方向的岩层移动和地表沉陷方面是合理的。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the overlying strata deformation law of high concentration cemented filling mining in coal mine, we take 10203 filling mining face of No.10 mining area in Xinyang Mine as study background, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and analogy simulation were applied to study overlying strata deformation characteristics of filling mining working face. The results showed that the main key strata fracture did not occur, with only a tiny deformation; strata deformation gave priority to vertical bending of a whole movement, fracture and caving did not occur without obvious caving zone; compared with vertical direction, the horizontal direction movement deformation is small, can be ignored basically. According to the conclusion, the research emphasis of filling mining surface movement deformation put on the strata movement deformation in vertical direction and surface subsidence is reasonable.
