Abstract:
To explore the relationship between communication satisfaction and unsafe behaviors of underground coal mine workers, the data is collected by investigating 466 workers with communication satisfaction questionnaire and unsafe behaviors questionnaire. Through the statistical analysis by SPSS software and implemented pilot, the results show that the communication satisfaction is a significant negative correlation with unsafe behaviors in workers (-0.498), and the effect of pilot implementation is obvious. So the managers of coal mine should pay close attention to the communication satisfaction of workers, meet the communication need of workers, and thereby to reduce unsafe behaviors.
