千米深井特厚煤层卸压巷合理位置的确定

Determination of Reasonable Position for Relieving Roadway in Extremely Thick Coal Seam of Kilometer Deep Mine

  • 摘要: 以开滦矿业集团赵各庄煤矿为工程背景,采用理论分析和数值模拟方法对埋深-1 100 m水平的2338工作面距采空区不同位置卸压巷两侧煤柱的应力分布和卸压巷的变形量进行了对比和分析。研究表明:卸压巷能够释放煤体高应力,对回采巷道的支护具有重要的意义,卸压巷的最佳布置位置为煤层中分层留设煤柱宽度为15 m处。
    Abstract: Taking Zhaogezhuang Coal Mine of Kailuan Mining Group as the background, we compare and analyze the deformation amount of relieving roadways and stress distribution of coal pillars at the two sides of relieving roadway which is at different positions away from the gob of -1 100 m level at 2338 working face by theory analysis and numerical simulation. According to the research, the optimum arrangement of the relieving roadway, which can relieve high stress in the solid coal and has great significant for support of mining roadway, is at the middle of coal seam 15 m away from the coal pillar.
