基于光纤应变测试技术的井筒壁后注浆井壁变形监测

    Deformation Monitoring of Grouting Behind the Wellbore Wall Based on Optical Fiber Strain Test Technology

    • 摘要: 引用分布式光纤应变测试技术对井筒壁后注浆期间的井壁变形进行监测,获得了注浆期间井壁应变量的实时数据。分析发现,壁后注浆期间,井壁的变形主要为压缩变形,且变形一直在增大,应变量增长主要发生在水泥注浆初期及化学注浆期间;水泥注浆过程中井壁的应变与注浆点的位置较为吻合,说明水泥注浆浆液扩散的距离有限;化学注浆期间,应变增长集中位置与注浆点所在的位置有差异,说明化学浆液在壁后扩散的距离较远。

       

      Abstract: The distributed optical fiber strain test technology is used to carry out wellbore wall deformation monitoring during the grouting behind the wellbore wall. The real-time data of wall strain during the period of grouting is obtained. The data analysis shows that, during the grouting behind the wellbore wall, the deformation of the wall is mainly compression deformation, which has increased, and the growth of strain mainly happens during early stage of cement grouting and chemical grouting stage. In the process of cement grouting, the wall strain tallies with the grouting point position, which explained that the diffusion distance of cement grout is limited. During the chemical grouting, there is difference between the focus position of strain growth and the location of grouting points, which shows that the spread distance of chemical grouting is farther.
