Abstract:
Aiming at the spontaneous combustion in the high risk area of high gas and rockburst coal seam, the floating coal generation reasons of high risk area in air return way of Hujiahe Coal Mine are elaborated in details from some aspects, such as the influence of mining, ventilation, heat transfer. According to the characteristics of high temperature zone in high risk area of 103 air return way for Hujiahe Coal Mine, two cooperated fire prevention and control measures are put forward with water cooling and gel injection. The practice has showed that the cooperation technology of grouting and gel injection can effectively control and prevent the coal spontaneous combustion in high risk area. It is the ideal way to control the high risk fire area of high gas and rockburst coal seam.
