煤层深孔聚能爆破增透技术

    Mohaupt Blasting Increasing Permeability Technology for Deep Holes of Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 阐述了煤层深孔双向拉伸聚能爆破致裂增透机理,及在新丰煤矿进行双向拉伸聚能爆破后抽采钻孔的抽采效果对比试验;实践表明聚能双向拉伸爆破能更好地破裂煤体,增大渗透率,增加煤体的透气性为矿井安全生产提供有力保障,周边抽采孔的浓度、流量、纯量基本上均有大幅提升,2 d后达到最大值后出现衰减但仍比爆破前高,而瓦斯纯量作为衡量抽采效果的最佳指标,提升幅度最大,说明采用聚能爆破后确实提高了煤层透气性。

       

      Abstract: The mechanism is elaborated that the fracturing increasing permeability caused by biaxial tension mohaupt blasting in deep holes of coal seam. In Xinfeng Coal Mine, the comparative experiments of gas drainage effect are carried out in deep holes of coal seam by biaxial tension mohaupt blasting, the practice indicates that the biaxial tension mohaupt blasting technology can fracture coal body more effectively, increase permeability and improve gas permeability of coal body, which provides a guarantee for safety production of coalmine. Through this technology, the concentration, flow and scalar have increased dramatically in surrounding drainage holes. After two days, the values reach maximum, then the attenuation occurs but still higher than the data before blasting. The gas scalar is the most, which is considered as the best index to measure drainage effect, it is indicated that the coal seam permeability can be increased indeed by mohaupt blasting.
