突出煤层群保护层开采快速留巷“Y”型通风煤气共采关键技术

    Coal and Gas Co-mining Key Technology for Fast Gob-side Entry Retaining Y Pattern Ventilation in Outburst Coal Seam Group Protection Layer Mining

    • 摘要: 以神华宁煤集团乌兰煤矿为例,开展了无煤柱快速沿空留巷“Y”型通风的工业试验,并对该技术体系支撑下的回采工作面瓦斯治理进行了探讨,研究结果表明:实施沿空留巷后采用“Y”型通风可以解决上隅角瓦斯聚集和超限问题;可少掘1条巷道,减少了突出危险性,降低了成本,提高了安全性;可利用留巷抽采采空区卸压瓦斯并可向下区段工作面进行打钻消突,解决工作面消突预留时间长的难题,缓解采掘接续紧张的局面。通过保护层2次卸压抽采,消除了煤层突出危险性,减小了煤层瓦斯含量,消除了被保护层的煤柱损失,提高了资源回收率。

       

      Abstract: Taking Wulan Coal Mine of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group as an example, we carried out industry test of fast gob-side entry retaining without coal pillar in Y pattern ventilation manner, as well as discussed the working face gas control under the technical system support. The results prove that using Y type ventilation can solve the problem of gas accumulation and overrun in upper corner, can less dug a tunnel, decrease the outburst danger, reduce the cost and improve safety after the implementation of the gob-side entry retaining. Taking advantage of the retained roadway to extract the relief gas from the gob and construct drilling toward next section working face to remove outburst, the problem of long reserve time in removing outburst at working face was solved, which relieves the tense situation of mining-excavation relay. Through the pressure relief and extraction in protection layer twice, it eliminated the hazard of coal outburst, reduced the coal seam gas content, eliminated the loss of protective coal seam, improved the recovery rate of resource.
