Abstract:
In order to alleviate the contradiction between production and capacity, and reduce the influence of the fault on coal bunker digging and the maintenance, we designed and used urn shaped morphology bunker. Through theoretical analysis, laboratory testing, field measurement we compared and analyzed the stress characteristics, the failure characteristics of the surrounding rock and the convergence deformation characteristics of the urn-shaped bunker with conventional coal bunker. The study show that the unique design of the urn-shaped bunker can meet the requirements of large capacity, small effects of faults on coal bunker, and also can bear greater level of the surrounding rock stress than conventional coal bunker. Under the same conditions, the faults damage range of the urn-shaped coal is smaller, the primary failure position of the urn-shaped coal bunker is in the shoulder and the maximum diameter, the plastic damage in the shoulder is happened first, then flaking even slip instability, and cause the maximum diameter of the follow-up process of instability. For the actual support design, the shoulder, the central of the coal bunker should be focus support reinforcement.
