露天矿地下采空区危险性评价方法与实践

    Risk Assessment Method and Practice for Underground Gob Area in Open-pit Mine

    • 摘要: 分布于露天矿境界范围内的小煤窑采空区,由于受到岩石风化、运输荷载及爆破震动等因素的共同影响,围岩稳固性逐渐下降,顶板极易发生垮塌,对地面作业设备与人员安全构成严重威胁。通过对现有研究成果的分析与总结,从系统工程学的观点出发,提出了空洞体顶板坍塌自行充塞估算法与最小安全厚度估算法相结合的采空区稳定性评价方法,结合平朔矿区东露天矿地下采空区稳定性评价与治理实践,全面介绍了典型空区的稳定性分析思路与过程。

       

      Abstract: Due to the rock weathering, transportation, loading and the factors of blasting vibration effect together, roof collapse happened easily and stability of surrounding rock is declined gradually in small gob area distributed in the scope of open-pit mine, which is a serious safety threat to the ground equipments and workers. Through the analysis and summary of existing research results, then from the viewpoint of system engineering, we proposed the hollow roof collapse estimation method and the minimum thickness estimation method. Combined with the stability evaluation and management practice of underground gob area in Pinshuo Mining Area, stability analysis method and process of a typical goaf is introduced.
