Abstract:
By gas geology theory, combined with the mine gas geological data and the measured gas data, we discussed the influence of the geological structure, groundwater movement and magmatite intrusion and other factors on the Wannian Mine 2
# coal seam. The results show that the magmatite intrusion and groundwater activity cause low gas content of coal mine, geological structure and magmatite intrusion cause the smaller gas content in northern and the higher gas content in southern. Coal seam gas content increases with the increasing of depth. The geological structure, magmatite intrusion and groundwater activity are the main controlling factors to control coal seam gas occurrence in Wannian Field.
