基于闭环光补偿的运输胶带撕裂检测系统

    Conveyor Belt Tearing Detection System Based on Closed Loop Exposure Compensation

    • 摘要: 提出基于闭环曝光光补偿驱动的胶带撕裂检测系统,首先从CCD传感器光子流理论角度对照度与噪声关系进行模型拟合,并建立了时间质量评价指标 ,通过对比确定了采用的照度标准及算法,然后对检测系统从传感、量化、控制3个子组件进行构建,详细分析自适应光补偿驱动器的设计原理,而后分别对系统控制逻辑与撕裂图像Curvelet增强、分割、横向像素积分进行分析。试验结果表明,所用方法能够明显提高撕裂检测准确度及稳定度,可有效应用于煤矿运输胶带的纵向撕裂检测。

       

      Abstract: We propose belt tearing detecting system based on closed-loop exposure compensation, and carry on model fitting for illumination and noise relations by CCD sensor photon flow theory, and choose illumination standard and algorithms used in this paper by contrast the evaluation index of quality-time δ, then design the construction of detection system from the sensor layer, quantification layer and control components. With analysis of adaptive exposure compensation driver, we analyze the system control logic and image Curvelet, segmentation, horizontal pixel integral. The experiment results show that the method can significantly improve the detection accuracy and stability and effectively applied to the detection of coal conveyor belt tearing detection.
