浅埋深大采高工作面条带离层注浆地表减沉技术

    Reducing Surface Subsidence by Strip Separated Layer Grouting at Shallow-buried Working Face with Great Mining Height

    • 摘要: 为解决浅埋深大采高工作面开采引起的地表沉降问题,运用理论分析和数值模拟研究方法,对F6201综放工作面开采过程中覆岩离层发展的动态规律进行了研究,得出条带分区域离层注浆的开采条带宽度应小于极限拱的跨度;离层注浆钻孔的最佳位置位于主关键层下界面离层发育空间最大处;钻孔注浆最佳时机应是开采跨度达到极限平衡拱的跨度时,即离层发育刚达到充分状态时。结果表明,该技术条件下地表减沉率可达79.35%。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the surface subsidence problems caused by the excavation of working face with a shallow buried depth and great mining height, we uses the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to research the dynamic law of overlying strata separation layer at F6201 working face in mining, and draws a conclusion that mining stripe width of strip zoning separated layer grouting should be less than the limit span arch; the best position of abscission layer grouting hole is located in the main key stratum of maximize interface abscission layer development space; the best time of drilling grouting should be at time that the mining span reaches the equilibrium arch span, when the abscission growth just achieves the full state. Field practice result shows that the coefficient of surface subsidence-reducing can reach 79.35%.
