煤矿井下精确定向探放水技术

    Accurate Directional Water Detection and Water Release Technology for Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对传统煤矿井顶板、采空区的探放水孔距离短、精度低易造成探测盲区等难题,以煤矿井下螺杆马达造斜定向钻技术为基础,开展定向探放水孔开孔及孔口装置安装、定向探放水钻钻进、终孔排水等技术研究,形成了一套煤矿井下精确定向探放水施工方法,可精确控制长定向钻孔轨迹的命中探测区域、一孔多分支孔增加探测区域,实现对采空区积水、富水层中水有效排放。利用其技术在宁煤石炭井顺利施工采空区放水孔7个,共排水300万m3,在中煤母杜柴登矿施工富水层探水孔3个,最大孔深708 m,实例表明本技术可以施工钻孔深度700 m以上的探放水孔,提高钻孔探放水范围和精度,有效保障煤矿生产安全。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of dead zone caused by short distance and low accurate water detection and release hole in roof and goaf of traditional mine, we carry out technique reseach including the opening of directional water detection and release hole, the installing of orifice equipments, the drilling directional water detection and release hole, drainage of end hole, based on screw motor deflecting directional drilling technology. This forms a set of water detection and release construction technique. The construction technique achieves such goals including accurately controlling of long drilling to get the target prospecting area, the branch hole technology that increasing the prospecting area, draining water of goaf hydrops and productive aquifer effectually. In the field experiments, seven goal relief holes were completed and draining water 3 million m3 in Nixia Shitanjing Mine. Among these constructions, the maximum depth in three productive aquifer water prospecting holes in China Coal Muduchaideng Mine achieves 708 m, which showed that the technology could be applied over the depth of 700 m to improve the prospecting area and precision, ensure the safety of mine construction effectually.
