Abstract:
In order to obtain the air distribution equation of non-homogeneous environment establishment technique in coal face to improve cooling effect, the cooling range, quantity, supply air volume, air velocity, jet angle of the tracking small air cooler were studied by using heat balance equation and jet theory. The engineering calculation and thermal comfort experiment using methods of skin temperature test and subjective thermal feeling for 2301 coal face are researched. The studies show that 10 small air coolers are arranged uniformly and supply air volume is 0.46 m
3/s of each cooler; outlet and end air velocity are 2.34 m/s and 0.54 m/s which accords with the requirement of wind speed. The average skin temperature of each measuring point changes from 32.16 ℃ to 33.82 ℃; average value is 33.05 ℃ closing to Fanger comfortable skin temperature. The number of workers thinking comfortable and a bit warm account for 65.7% and 23.6% in thermal test.
