静态膨胀生裂增透作用原理及影响因素研究

    Research on Active Principle and Effect Factors by Static Expansion and Crack to Increase Permeability

    • 摘要: 针对我国低透气性突出煤层瓦斯抽放难题,提出了静态膨胀生裂技术增加我国突出煤层透气性系数的方法。根据静态膨胀剂膨胀生裂增透作用原理:被膨胀岩体将经历裂隙萌生、裂隙传播和裂隙扩展贯通3个过程后,岩体内新生的大量裂隙能极大提高其瓦斯透气性系数。实验证明了静态膨胀剂能膨胀裂开突出煤层及其顶底板岩体,实验论证了静态膨胀剂增透突出煤层作用原理及可行性。作业温度、钻孔直径、膨胀剂浓度等因素影响静态膨胀剂的膨胀性能。煤矿井下作业环境下,4种类型静态膨胀剂产生的膨胀力均能达到30~50 MPa。通过合理布置自由面,静态膨胀剂均能膨胀裂开煤矿岩体,从而产生大量裂隙提高其瓦斯透气性系数。

       

      Abstract: For aimed at the gas drainage problems of the low permeability coal seam, we proposed the method of the static expansing expansion and cracking technology to increase the permeability coefficient of the outburst coal seam. According to the static expansing expansion and cracking active principle: that after the expanded rock will experience three processes of the crack initiation, crack dissemination and crack extend through, a large number of new fractures in rock mass can greatly improve their gas permeability coefficient. The experiments proved thate static expansion agent can expand and crack the coal and its roofbottom and floortop beds. The experiments demonstrated the active principle and feasibility of improving the permeability coefficient by the static expansing expansion agent. The expansion performance is effected by the operation temperature, the hole diameter, the expansion agent concentration and so on. In underground work environments of the coal mine, the expansive force of four types of static expansion agent all can reach up 30 to 50 MPa. Through arranging the free surfaces reasonably, the static expansion agent can expand and crack the coal rock mass to increase their gas permeability coefficient by a lot of new fractures.
