孔径对钻孔有效排放半径的影响规律

    Influence Law of Bore Diameter on Borehole Effective Drainage Radius

    • 摘要: 为了解决朱集西煤矿局部防突措施中排放钻孔孔径选取和钻孔布置的问题,结合朱集西煤矿11-2煤层高地应力低瓦斯的实际情况,采用预测指标钻屑量法测定孔径为75、94、108、127 mm钻孔的有效排放半径分别为:1.1、1.2、1.4、1.5 m。结果表明:排放半径随钻孔孔径的增大而逐渐增大,但增大的幅度逐渐减小,符合幂函数变化规律。因此,在实施排放钻孔防突措施时,选取合适的孔径是取得最佳防突效果的技术关键。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems associated with drilling bore diameter selection and layout of drilling in the local outburst prevention measures of Zhujixi Coal Mine, combined with the actual situation of 11-2 coal seam, we use predict index cuttings method to measure bore diameter of 75 mm,94 mm,108 mm and 127 mm and the effective drainage radius was 1.1 m, 1.2 m, 1.4 m and 1.5 m respectively. The result is that the drainage radius increases with the bore diameter and gradually becomes larger, but the increasing amplitude decreases gradually. Therefore, in the implementation of drainage borehole outburst prevention measures, selecting the appropriate aperture is the key technology to achieve the optimal effect of outburst.
