不同矿柱重叠率下采空区安全隔层厚度分析

    Analysis of Safety Interlayer Thickness of Gob Under Different Pillar Overlapping Ratio

    • 摘要: 采空区的安全隔层厚度是采场稳定的重要参数之一。为了得到多层重叠采空区在不同矿柱重叠率下的安全隔层厚度,采用ANSYS软件对采空区的塑性区和第三主应力、矿房的顶板沉降和侧壁位移进行了对比分析。研究表明:上下层矿柱重叠率越高,上覆岩层的载荷越能有效传递到底板岩层,多层重叠采空区的安全隔层厚度值越小,矿柱重叠率为0%、50%、100%时所对应的安全隔层厚度值分别为14、10、8 m。

       

      Abstract: The safety interlayer thickness is one of the important parameters of the stope stability. In order to get the safety interlayer thickness of multilayer gob in different pillar overlapping ratio, we analyze the change of plastic zone, the third principal stress, roof subsidence and side wall displacement. The results show that the pillar overlapping ratio is higher, the safety interlayer thickness is thinner, and the upper load can effectively transfer to the bottom. The safety interlayer thickness is 14 m, 10 m, 8 m when pillar overlapping ratio is 0%, 50%, 100%.
