基于上保护层开采的千米深井冲击矿压防治

    Rock-burst Prevention of Kilometer Deep Mine Based on Upper Protective Seam Mining

    • 摘要: 基于上保护层开采理论,利用FLAC2D数值模拟软件探讨深井上下山巷道保护煤柱区上保护层开采防冲机理及效果,并对某矿-1025西一下山采区深部进行防冲优化设计。结果表明:上下山煤柱区冲击危险性整体较高;上保护层开采具有“降压、耗能、减震”作用;上保护层开采能够显著降低被保护层的应力集中程度,使被保护层围岩预先产生膨胀变形及塑性区破坏,有效的释放弹性势能,在掘进、回采等扰动影响下不易发生冲击破坏,对上下山煤柱区具有良好的防冲效果。

       

      Abstract: Based on upper protective seam mining theory, we explores rock-burst prevention mechanism and effect of upper protective seam mining in uphill and downhill roadway protection coal pillar area of kilometer deep coal mine by using FLAC2D numerical simulation software, meanwhile makes optimization design of rock-burst prevention in a mine -1025 west downhill deep mining area. The results indicate that rock-burst hazard is very high in the whole uphill and downhill roadway protection coal pillar area; the pressure relief and energy consumption and shock absorption effect of upper protective seam mining is proposed; upper protective seam mining can significantly reduce stress concentration degree and make swelling deformation and plastic failure of protected seam in advance which effectively releases elastic potential energy so that it is not easy to occur rock-burst in the effect of tunneling and mining disturbance, in which the effect of rock-burst prevention in uphill and downhill roadway protection coal pillar area is good.
