2011-2013年4起典型冲击地压事故分析

    Analysis of 4 Typical Rock Burst Accidents from 2011 to 2013 in China

    • 摘要: 为提高我国应对冲击地压事故的能力,结合2011-2013年4起冲击地压事故,分析典型冲击地压事故的特点、原因,反思救援存在的问题。分析认为冲击地压事故多发生在煤层埋藏较深、地质条件复杂区域;夜间、掘进巷道事故多发;事故造成巷道、设施、人员和财产损失严重。认为煤岩体具有冲击倾向性是发生冲击地压的根本原因,复杂地质条件是发生冲击地压的诱发因素,防冲措施不到位、监管乏力等是造成人员伤亡的重要原因。为避免冲击地压发生后演化为致死性冲击地压事故,应简化事故上报程序,建立健全监管机制,加强井下避险系统建设,提高工人的安全意识和自救能力,以提高被困人员的存活率。

       

      Abstract: In order to enhance the ability of handling rock burst accidents in China, 4 examples happened from 2011 to 2013 were used to analyze the features and reasons of rock burst accident, and we also rethought the problems our accidents assistance facing now. Studies show that rock burst accidents often happened in the night and at advancing roadway where the coal is relatively deep in the underground and the geological conditions are complicated, and the accidents could cause workers badly injured and property greatly lost. Bursting tendency of coal and rock is the essential factor that causes the occurrence of rock burst, and complicated geological conditions would accelerate the disaster. Lack of protecting measures and supervisions are the important reasons which are responsible for the death of workers. In case of rock burst developing into a fatal disaster, it is suggested that the accident report process should be simplified, the global supervision system and emergency refuge system should be built. Meanwhile, workers should have the safety consciousness and the ability of rescue themselves to increase their survival rate.
