基于声波法测试技术的巷道围岩松动圈测定

    Surrounding Rock Loosing Circle Test Based on Acoustic Test Technology

    • 摘要: 通过采用单孔超声波测试方法,对陕西黄陵2号煤矿巷道围岩松动圈范围进行了测试;根据测试结果,对巷道围岩进行分类,确定巷道围岩松动圈范围为1.7 m,修正了原有的锚固支护参数;针对单孔声波测试法的缺陷进行总结,提出合理建议和改进措施。结果表明:单孔声波测试方法能够快速准确的测试巷道松动圈范围,提供有效合理的支护参数,改进声波测试法的堵水效果。

       

      Abstract: By using single-hole ultrasonic testing method, we tested Huangling No.2 Mine gateway loose circle range; according to the test results, we classify gateway surrounding rock and determine that gateway loose circle range is 1.7 m, amend the original some anchoring support parameters; we summarize defects and reasonable suggestions and improvements of acoustic test method for single-hole. The results show that single-hole sonic test method can quickly and accurately test gateway loose circle range and provide effective and rational support parameters, which improves acoustic test method plugging effect for the wider use of acoustic test.
