贺驼煤矿采空区自燃“三带”分布异常分析

    Analysis of Abnormal Distribution of Three Zones of Spontaneous Combustion in the Goaf of Hetuo Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为有效防治采空区煤炭自燃,对贺驼煤矿11102综放工作面采空区气体成分变化规律进行测定,并结合采空区煤炭自燃理论,确定出该工作面采空区自燃“三带”分布范围。在此基础上,利用Fluent软件分析了采空区进、回风侧自燃带异常分布的原因。结果表明,贺驼煤矿综放工作面进、回风隅角封堵,以及采空区预埋管路抽瓦斯是导致该现象的原因。

       

      Abstract: In order to prevent coal spontaneous combustion effectively, the change laws of the gas composition were determined in the goaf of 11102 fully-mechanized caving face of Hetuo Coal Mine. Combined with the spontaneous combustion theory of the coal in the goaf, the distribution range of three zones of spontaneous combustion was determined. On this basis, the Fluent software was used to analyze the reason of abnormal distribution for the inlet and return air side in spontaneous combustion zones. The results showed that the inlet and return air corner closure in fully-mechanized caving face of Hetuo Coal Mine and the embedded pipeline gas pumping in goaf were the main reasons for this condition.
