掘进巷道内瓦斯爆炸传播规律

    Propagation Law of Gas Explosion in Excavation Roadway

    • 摘要: 针对矿井瓦斯安全现状的变化,借助管径0.1 m×0.1 m、管长20 m的实验管道模拟研究了掘进巷道内瓦斯爆炸的传播规律。研究结果表明:掘进巷道内局部瓦斯超限爆炸后,火焰传播速度会先增长后衰减,最大爆炸超压峰值沿传播方向上呈现“双凹形”的分布规律,最大爆炸超压峰值和火焰传播速度的相互关系可分为4段。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the change of mine gas safety situation, we research propagation law of gas explosion in excavation roadway by experimental pipe of 0.1 m×0.1 m diameter and 20 m length. The results show that flame propagation speed increased first and then declined after the explosion in excavation roadway due to the local gas overrun. The peak value of overpressure is "double concave-shaped" along the pipe. In addition, the relationship between flame propagation speed and peak value of overpressure can be divided into four stages.
