Abstract:
In order to research the failure characteristics of half coal-rock roadway, taking the work face of a mine as background, on the basis of previous studies by using elastic-plastic mechanics solution to draw the half coal-rock roadway surrounding rock failure status, and the three dimensional numerical calculation model of half coal-rock roadway in deep coal mine was established by using FLAC
3D software. Moreover, in-depth research was carried on deformation damage law of surrounding rock, the supporting scheme and parameters of roadway were also obtained optimization. At last, the joint supporting scheme of "high strength prestressed bolt-mesh-cable plus longitudinal and cross ladder beam" was proposed for surrounding rock control of half coal-rock roadway, field construction and monitoring was also carried out. Results suggests that the optimal supporting scheme effectively controlled the deformation damage of surrounding rock of the half coal-rock roadway in deep coal mine, thus the stability of rock surrounding half coal-rock roadway located in deep coal mine was guaranteed.
