首山一矿快速掘进巷道支护技术

    Supporting Technology Speedy Drivage Roadway in Shoushan No.1 Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对平煤集团首山一矿深部巷道快速掘进条件下空顶距偏大、空顶时间长、巷道支护困难的问题,通过分析快速掘进下影响巷道围岩稳定性的主要因素,提出了联合主动支护的原则,经数值模拟计算,选择“锚杆+肩锚索”的巷道支护方式。理论与实践证明:实施锚杆锚索联合主动支护、缩短支护工序耗时可在保证巷道掘进速度的同时有效提高巷道围岩稳定性。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of long unsupported roof distance and time, roadway supporting difficulties under the condition of deep roadway rapid advance in Pingdingshan Coal Group Shoushan No.1 Coal Mine, by analyzing the main factors which influence the stability of surrounding rock of roadway under rapid advance, we propose the principle of joint active support, and select the roadway support way of bolt joint shoulder anchored cable through numerical simulation. The theory and practice proved that the implementation of joint active support and shortening the time of supporting process could effectively improve the stability of surrounding rock of roadway under the condition of rapid advance.
