深部膨胀性软岩巷道变形特征及支护技术

    Deformation Characteristics and Support Technology of Deep Swelling Soft Rock Roadway

    • 摘要: 以林南仓煤矿三水平东一胶带通路探巷掘进工程为背景,针对膨胀性软岩巷道难以支护的问题,系统分析总结了该类巷道变形破坏特征,并提出了架喷锚注耦合支护对策,即在该类巷道掘进初期大变形条件下采用承载能力较大的U型钢进行支护,配合喷浆封闭围岩,使U型钢受力均匀,最后注浆提高围岩承载能力的支护方案。运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,对不同支护方案下软岩巷道的塑性区分布进行了研究。结果表明:架喷锚注支护下膨胀软岩巷道的变形破坏可以得到较好的控制。

       

      Abstract: In the view of the support problems of swelling soft rock roadway, taking 3-level east lane's tunneling engineering of Linnancang Coal Mine as the background, we systematically analyzed and summarized this kind of roadways' deformation and failure characteristics, and put forward grouting-bolting-bracket-spouting coupling support that used high-capacity U-shaped stell with shotcrete to seal surrounding rock and make the U-shaped stell stressed equally, which increased the bearing capacity of surrounding rock and control roadway deformation. FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to research the plastic zone distribution under different support ways. The simulated results indicate that the deformation and fracture of swelling soft rock roadways can get better control by this support method.
