高瓦斯煤矿双巷掘进工作面甲烷风电闭锁分析

    Analysis of Methane Wind Power Lockout in Two Roadway Driving Face of High Gas Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 对高瓦斯煤矿双巷掘进时实现甲烷风电闭锁功能的重要性和难点进行了分析,对各类传感器、控制器的布置情况进行了讲述,对甲烷风电闭锁功能在煤矿井下通过监控系统实现的3种方案进行了比较,得出了最佳实现方案,并以KJ90NB煤矿监控系统为例,对中心站软件、分站、断电器等在设计中的注意事项进行了分析,提出了一些煤矿现场使用过程中的注意事项及问题。

       

      Abstract: The methane wind power lockout function is critical to two roadway driving in high gas coal mine, the importance and difficulty was analyzed, and the layout of various kinds of sensors and controllers was discussed. There were three schemes of methane wind power lockout realized by the monitoring system in coal mine. Through the comparison, the optimum scheme was obtained. Taking KJ90NB monitoring system as the example, the design methods were studied for central station software, sub-station, breaker and other aspects, then the considerations and problems were put forward in some coal mine sites.
