Abstract:
To solve a series of problems of roadside supporting of gob-side entry retaining in building process, the gob-side entry quickly retaining technology by pre-control of large-scale concrete block assembly walls was investigated through researching the entry retaining roof control, structure form of walls, bearing behavior as well as construction technology and so on. The results show that the walls can be built quickly by assembling concrete block into walls in the roadway ahead of working face along the coal wall in advance and then adjusting the walls to roadway gob side after the working face mining. The wall is made up of large-scale concrete bedding block and wall block that with mortise and tenon joint structure so that every block can fasten closely. Therefore, the wall is good at global stability and bearing behavior. Industrial test about block wall in No.3 Jining Coal Mine proves that the gob-side entry retaining speed reaches to 1 m/h, the biggest roadway roof subsidence deformation is 450 mm and the deformation of the biggest two-side is 350 mm with nice performance for entry retaining.
