高瓦斯易自燃煤层特殊条件下综合防灭火技术

    Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Control Technology in Special Condition of High Gas Spontaneous Combustion Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 胡家河矿401101工作面为首采工作面,且煤层具有自然发火性。为了防止工作面在回采期间发生火灾事故,在对工作面采空区“三带”实测划分的基础上,计算出工作面最小推进速度为3.75 m/d,并采取了黄泥灌浆为主,注氮、注三相泡沫、汽雾阻化、束管监测和人工观测预报相结合的综合防灭火手段。主要介绍在工作面回采初期、回采期间以及邻近停采线附近3次出现自然发火迹象时,分别采取了利用高抽巷注三相泡沫、灌堵结合和两巷注凝胶的防灭火措施,抑制了火灾的发生,保证了工作面的安全回采。

       

      Abstract: 401101 working face was the first mining face of Hujiahe Coal Mine with the tendency of coal seam spontaneous combustion. In order to prevent the fire disaster happen during mining, the minimum advancing speed 3.75 m/d was calculated in the foundation of actual measurement on the goaf "three zones" in working face. The comprehensive methods of fire prevention and control technology were used, including the main yellow mud grouting and other means, such as nitrogen injection, three-phase foam injection, mist resistance, the combination of beam pipe monitoring and manual observation. Furthermore, the corresponding measures of three-phase foam injection and grouting in high pumping roadway, gel injection in two lanes, were taken aimed to the control of spontaneous combustion at the beginning, mining period and near the stopping line. The fire disaster was restrained, which ensured the safe mining in working face.
