矸石膏体充填综合机械化开采顶板控制

    Roof Control by Gangue Paste Filling Mechanized Mining

    • 摘要: 为了延长某矿服务年限,拟对该矿采用矸石膏体充填开采工业广场保护煤柱,利用理论推导与物理模拟实验相结合的方法对矸石膏体充填时的顶板控制进行了研究。结果表明:首试面进行开采时最大控顶距为9.9 m,采煤进刀步距700 mm,回采推进3刀进行1次充填;采用分体式液压支架控制顶板,工作面推进160 m时,膏体充填开采测得地表下沉211.2 mm,地表下沉系数为0.08远小于规定的地表下沉系数0.15,首试面采用理论设计的膏体充填工艺参数开采能够满足保护地表建筑物的需要,技术上是可行的。

       

      Abstract: In order to prolong the service life of a mine, we use gangue paste filling mechanized mining to protect coal pillar. The method of theoretical derivation and physical simulation experiment was combined to study the roof control of gangue paste filling. Analysis results show that the maximum control distance is 9.9 m at the first test surface mining, coal feed step for 700 mm, mining three knife for a filling, using split type hydraulic support to control roof; when working face excavated to 160 m, we measured the paste filling mining surface subsidence coefficient of 211.2 mm, the subsidence coefficient 0.08 is far less than provisions of the surface subsidence coefficient of 0.15, the first test surface mining theory of paste filling process parameters design can meet the needs to protect the surface buildings; the technology is feasible.
