煤矿井下回转钻孔轨迹测量系统试验

    Measurement System Test of Coal Mine Underground Rotary Drilling Trajectories

    • 摘要: 为了精确定位煤矿井下瓦斯抽放钻孔轨迹,解决瓦斯抽放盲区问题,研制了回转钻孔轨迹测量系统。测量系统包括无磁钻杆、测量探管、同步器3部分,测量系统通过磁阻传感器测量方位角,通过加速度传感器测量倾角,最后通过计算得到实际钻孔轨迹。现场应用表明,钻孔施工中钻孔轨迹都存在偏差,由于地质条件和钻孔工艺不同钻孔轨迹偏差也有所不同。通过统计钻孔轨迹偏差,就能得到瓦斯抽采盲区,采取有效措施补打抽放钻孔消除抽放盲区,确保矿井安全生产。

       

      Abstract: We developed rotary drilling measurement system to accurately position gas drainage drilling positions and eliminating gas drainage blind area. The system includes non-magnetic rod, measuring probe and synchronizer. Azimuth is measured by the magnetoresistive sensor. Inclination measured by the acceleration sensor. Finally, we got the actual drilling trace by calculation. Field application shows that all drill holes were presented trace deviation. Deviation was different because of different construction techniques and geological conditions. We got gas drainage blind area by statistics drilling trace deviation which eliminated drainage blind spots and ensured safe production.
