Abstract:
To investigate the relationship between social support and occupational burnout for the first line miners, taking 268 miners as research object, demographic data questionnaire, the occupational burnout inventory and the social support scale and descriptive statistics and regression analysis methods are used to study the influence of first line miners' occupational burnout status and social support on occupational burnout. Results showed that the occupational burnout of young miners was significantly, and the least access to social support; occupational burnout of long seniority miners was obvious, but they could get more social support; position, educational background and marital status significantly affected occupational burnout and social support; social support and occupational burnout were significant negative correlation relationship, objective support had a significant effect on occupational burnout of each dimension. The occupational burnout of the first line miners is significant, social support can effectively alleviate occupational burnout, demographic variables is important factor influencing the occupational burnout and the social support.
