聚能爆破破岩效果数值模拟分析

    Numerical Simulation Analysis on Rock Breaking Effect by Shaped Charge Blasting Technology

    • 摘要: 聚能爆破技术在岩巷掘进中具有缓解采掘接替不平衡矛盾,提高矿井生产率,有助于岩巷快速掘进等诸多优势。基于ANSYS_LS-DYNA建立普通爆破及聚能爆破的平面应力模型,并对模型爆破过程进行了模拟,对比分析了普通爆破及聚能爆破的破岩效果,并根据压力时间变化规律得到了爆轰波传递规律,分析了聚能爆破作用机理。研究表明,较普通爆破,聚能爆破对能量的汇聚作用提高了75%以上,对岩石切割能力提高了近85%,同时加快了炸药爆破速度,提高了75%左右,保证了围岩完整性。

       

      Abstract: Shaped charge blasting technology in rock drivage could ease the imbalance of excavation replacement, raise the mine productivity, and help speedy drivage of rock drift. Based on ANSYS-LS-DYNA, we established plane stress model of common blasting model and shaped charge blasting model, simulated the blasting process of them, and analyzed the effect of rock breaking effect, obtained propagation law of detonation wave, and analyze the mechanism of shaped charge blasting. Compared with conventional blasting, the analysis results showed that the ability of energy-gathering of shaped charge blasting is increased by more than 75%, the ability of rock-cutting is increased by almost 85%, in the meantime, shaped charge blasting accelerates the speed of dynamite blast, which increases about 75%, and then ensure the integrity of the surrounding rock.
