水压致裂法在煤层巷道底鼓控制中的可行性

    Feasibility of Hydraulic Fracturing Method in Roadway Floor Heave Controlling

    • 摘要: 为有效控制和解决漳村煤矿21#材料巷道的底鼓问题,试验取其一段为试验巷道,通过对其顶底板、两帮与煤柱的破坏关系分析,得到2105工作面的采动影响是造成试验巷道底鼓的主要原因,底鼓类型以挤压流动性底鼓为主。根据试验巷道的实际情况,提出了采用水压致裂法控制巷道底鼓的方案,运用FLAC3D软件进行数值模拟显示,巷道底鼓量、顶板下沉量、两帮位移量分别为35、35、16 cm,相比原有支护分别减小了68.2%、50.0%、64.4%,有效改善了巷道状况,说明水压致裂法是一种有效的控制巷道底鼓的方法。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively control and resolve the floor heave problem of 21# material roadway in Lu'an Group Zhangcun Coal Mine, we selected part of the roadway as testing roadway. Through analyzing the failure relation between roof and floor, two sides and coal pillar, we got that the mining influence of 2105 working face is the primary reason; and the squeeze flow is the main floor heave type. According to the actual situation of roadway, we propose the solution that using hydraulic fracturing method to control the floor heave of roadway; FLAC3D numerical simulation results show that the displacement amout of floor heave, roof and two-side is 35 cm, 35 cm and 16 cm, decrease by 68.2%, 50.0% and 64.4% compared to the original supporting respectively, which improves the condition of roadway effectively. Hydraulic fracturing method is an effective way to control the floor heave of roadway.
