Abstract:
In order to effectively control and resolve the floor heave problem of 21
# material roadway in Lu'an Group Zhangcun Coal Mine, we selected part of the roadway as testing roadway. Through analyzing the failure relation between roof and floor, two sides and coal pillar, we got that the mining influence of 2105 working face is the primary reason; and the squeeze flow is the main floor heave type. According to the actual situation of roadway, we propose the solution that using hydraulic fracturing method to control the floor heave of roadway; FLAC
3D numerical simulation results show that the displacement amout of floor heave, roof and two-side is 35 cm, 35 cm and 16 cm, decrease by 68.2%, 50.0% and 64.4% compared to the original supporting respectively, which improves the condition of roadway effectively. Hydraulic fracturing method is an effective way to control the floor heave of roadway.
