随钻测量定向钻进技术在煤矿井下地质勘探中的应用

    Application of MWD Directional Drilling Technology in Geologic Exploration in Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 煤矿井下随钻测量定向钻进技术是一种成熟的钻孔施工技术,该技术具有钻孔轨迹参数可精确测量和计算、钻孔轨迹可人为控制以及开分支孔等特点。基于上述技术特点,随钻测量定向钻进技术适用于煤矿井下长距离、高精度地质勘探。现场实例介绍了定向钻进技术在煤矿井下地质勘探中的应用技术以及分析方法,可为同类钻孔施工提供经验借鉴;同时,针对现场施工中存在的问题,并指出了该技术的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: The MWD directional drilling technology was a mature drilling construction technology in underground coalmine. This technology had some characteristics, which included measuring and calculating the borehole trajectory parameters accurately, controlling borehole trajectory artificially, drilling branch borehole and so on. Based on the above technical characteristics, the MWD directional drilling technology was suitable for long-distance and high-precision geological exploration. Through practical examples, it introduced the application technology and analysis method of directional drilling technology in geological exploration of underground coalmine, which could provide references for the similar borehole construction. At last it pointed out the development direction of the MWD directional drilling technology for the on-site construction problems.
