Abstract: In the design of emergency system, there are different opinions for the location of underground refuge chamber, which brings inconvenience for setting refuge chamber. Based on current regulations, the article comprehensively analyzes setting process, coverage area, construction standards and usage in the construction and production of the refuge chamber, and sorts out the method for determining the location of refuge chamber.
