通风瓦斯氧化装置在煤矿供热中的应用

    Application of Ventilation Gas Oxidation Device in Coal Mine Heating Supply

    • 摘要: 介绍了煤矿通风瓦斯氧化装置的工作原理,给出了通风瓦斯氧化以后可供回收热量的计算方法,并通过计算得到通风瓦斯氧化热量与通风瓦斯中甲烷体积分数的对应关系。以吕梁地区某煤矿为研究对象,结合通风瓦斯、抽排瓦斯排放的现状,经分析提出了采用煤矿通风瓦斯氧化装置氧化热解决煤矿部分能量需求尤其是热量需求的方案。工程应用实践表明,通风瓦斯氧化装置可以满足煤矿日常生活热水及冬季供暖等用热需求。

       

      Abstract: we introduced working principle of coal mine ventilation gas oxidation device, gave calculation method of heat recovery quantity after ventilation gas oxidation, and obtained correspondence between oxidation heat quantity and volume fraction of methane in ventilation gas by calculation. Taking a coal mine in Lyuliang region as the research object, combined with the situations of ventilation gas, gas drainage and gas emission, we proposed scheme of using coal mine ventilation gas oxidation device to solve part of the energy demands in coal mine, especially the heat demand. The industrial test shows that ventilation gas oxidation device can meet the mine heat supply requirements such as hot water of daily life, heating supply in winter.
