Abstract:
we introduced working principle of coal mine ventilation gas oxidation device, gave calculation method of heat recovery quantity after ventilation gas oxidation, and obtained correspondence between oxidation heat quantity and volume fraction of methane in ventilation gas by calculation. Taking a coal mine in Lyuliang region as the research object, combined with the situations of ventilation gas, gas drainage and gas emission, we proposed scheme of using coal mine ventilation gas oxidation device to solve part of the energy demands in coal mine, especially the heat demand. The industrial test shows that ventilation gas oxidation device can meet the mine heat supply requirements such as hot water of daily life, heating supply in winter.
