煤层开采中CO产生及来源规律现场试验研究

    Field Experiment Study on CO Generation and Sources Law in Coal Seam Mining

    • 摘要: 针对目前许多矿井开采过程中回风隅角CO异常超限的问题,对煤层中CO产生及来源规律进行了现场试验研究。结果表明:矿井回风隅角CO浓度的升高主要发生在正常采煤时,即CO产生量的增加与煤炭的开采过程是密不可分的;煤层中原始伴生CO是风水沟煤矿和老公营子煤矿在煤炭正常开采期间回风隅角CO异常超限的重要原因之一;煤体破碎前后及破碎程度对CO的产生量影响较大,煤的粒度越小,比表面积越大,产生的CO越多;风水沟煤矿和老公营子煤矿主采煤层正常采煤期间回风隅角CO的主要来源是煤体被采落破碎过程中由于与空气接触发生低温快速氧化而产生的CO。

       

      Abstract: According to the phenomenon of CO abnormal overrun of return airflow corner in the coal seam mining currently, the CO generation and sources law in coal seam mining was studied by field experiment. The results showed that the rising of CO concentration in the return airflow corner appeared mainly in the normal mining, in other words, the increase of CO concentration was closely related to the mining process. The original existence CO in the coal seam was one of the important causes for leading to the CO abnormal overrun of return airflow corner in the normal mining of coal seam in Fengshuigou Coal Mine and Laogongyingzi Coal Mine. Before and after coal body crushing and the degree of crushing had a great influence on the CO generation. The smaller the particle size of coal was and the larger the specific surface area, the more of the CO generation was. The main source of the CO of return airflow corner in the coal seam mining was the low-temperature oxidation in the coal body crushing process in the main coal seam of Fengshuigou Coal Mine and Laogongyingzi Coal Mine.
