弱面破碎时间对真空腔泄爆效果影响实验研究

    Influence of Weak Surface Broken Time on the Effect of Vacuum Cavity Explosion Venting

    • 摘要: 为研究真空腔弱面破碎时间对泄爆效果的影响,通过构建“L”型实验管道和制作能够改变弱面破碎时间的撞针,并以浓度为9.5%的甲烷-空气混合物为介质进行了爆炸实验,得到了不同撞针长度条件下实验管道内爆炸压力大小和火焰到达传感器时间的实验数据,经过分析得出结论:撞针越长,弱面破碎时间越早;撞针的加入,使真空腔泄爆效果发生了变化;弱面破碎时间对真空腔的泄爆效果有明显影响。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence of the broken time of the vacuum cavity weak surface on the effect of explosion venting, the "L" type experimental pipe was set up and the striker was designed to control the weak surface broken time. The explosion experiments were carried out with 9.5% methane-air mixture, the experiment data of the explosion pressure and the time of the flame reaching sensors were obtained with the different striker lengths. After data analysis, the conclusions were that the longer the striker was, the earlier the weak surface broke; the effects of the vacuum cavity explosion venting were improved as the striker was used; the broken time of the weak surface had the significant influence on the effects of vacuum cavity explosion venting.
