Abstract:
Aimed at the problems including location, mixed sample and timing in orifice sampling of working face gas outburst prediction, we carried on spot sampling outburst prediction test based on QDT42/1.0 outburst prediction spot sampler. By simultaneous gas desorption index test of drill cuttings in spot sampling and orifice sampling two ways, and the use of comparative analysis method, we carried on performance analysis for spot sampling prediction technology. Results show that the conventional orifice sampling outburst prediction error is large, the accuracy of deep coal body prediction is even worse, which will lead to the prediction error report; while the spot sampling technology can effectively avoid defects of orifice sampling technology; prediction result is accord with the general law of gas outburst, and enhances reliability prediction of outburst, which has obvious technical performance advantage.
