Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of large cold loss, high cost of cooling and unsatisfactory temperature cooling effect at coal face, we proposes the establishment technique of non-homogeneous environment at coal face and studies the tracking small air cooler rotating with workers, introduces the concepts of effective air cooling down space and ineffective air cooling down space. The chilling requirement formula of the establishment technique of non-homogeneous environment at coal face is determined. The chilling requirement of a certain coal mine is calculated and the results show that the chilling requirement of traditional cooling method is 227.7 kW, and that of establishment technique of non-homogeneous environment in coal face is 108 kW. A coal face can save 517 000 yuan a year.
