注氮对采空区氧气分布影响的数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation on Influence of Nitrogen Injection on Goaf Oxygen Distribution

    • 摘要: 为了探究不同注氮参数下采空区氧气的分布情况,运用FLUENT软件建立三维数学模型,模拟了采空区氧气分布并与实测数据进行了比对。然后计算了不同注氮量、注氮深度、注氮高度的情况下,注氮对采空区氧气分布的影响规律。结果表明:注氮可以明显的改变进风侧的氧浓度场,随注氮量增加效果逐渐明显。110204工作面合理的注氮量为350 m3/h,最佳的注氮位置距工作面40 m左右。注氮对采空区氧浓度场的影响主要集中在进风侧,注氮情况下回风侧三带观测数据具有较好的参考性;注氮口高度的变化对注氮效果有明显的影响,较高的注氮位置对底部浮煤中氧浓度的影响较小。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the oxidation distribution of goaf under different nitrogen injection parameters. We simulate the oxygen distribution of goaf by FLUENT 3D mathematical model, and compared the results with that of measured. We calculate the influence of nitrogen injection under different nitrogen injection volume, different injection depth and different injection height on oxygen distribution. The research results show that nitrogen injection can significantly change the oxygen concentration nearby the inlet side, and the effect is obvious with the increases of nitrogen injection quantity. The reasonable amount of nitrogen injection is 350 m3/h for 110204 face, and the best location is about 40 m far from the workface. The impact of nitrogen injection focused on the inlet side, the observed data of "three zone" with nitrogen injection is a reasonable reference; the change of the height has obvious influence on the distribution of oxygen, the higher position has less affected on the oxygen concentration in lower part of the float coal.
