实验条件下煤自然发火期影响因素研究

    Influencing Factors of Coal Spontaneous Combustion Period in Experimental

    • 摘要: 煤实验自然发火期除了受煤炭自身因素影响以外,实验条件对其影响也很大。根据XK圆柱型煤自然发火实验台的特点和实验数据,对蓄热环境、粒度和供风量等实验条件进行理论分析及实验研究,得到其对实验自然发火期影响规律以及合适的实验条件。研究分析发现,对于周期较短的实验,控温水层温度与实验台内煤体温度的温度差控制在1 ℃就可以满足误差要求,但对于实验周期>60 d的试验需要适当减小散热温度差。环境温度越低,对实验的影响越大。起始供风量应在0.072~0.360 m3/h之间,实验过程中供风量应根据高温区域氧气浓度情况进行调节。

       

      Abstract: According to the characteristics of columned coal spontaneous combustion experiment stand and experimental data,theoretical analysis and experimental are used to research heat storage environment, particle size and air supply amount.The influence law of experimental conditions and the appropriate experimental conditions are got.For the experiments with shorter experimental period,the experiment error will be allowed when the difference in temperature between the coal and preservation water temperature are controlled at 1 ℃.But for the experimental period longer than 60 days,experiments need to reduce temperature difference.The lower of environment temperature is,the greater impact on the experiment. At the beginning of experiment,air supply amount should be between 0.072 and 0.360 m3/h,during the experiment,supply air volume should be adjusted based on oxygen concentrations in high-temperature region.
