松软煤层瓦斯抽采长钻孔泡沫钻进工艺

    Foam Drilling Technique by Gas Extraction Drilling Long Borehole in Soft Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 在松软煤层中施工顺层瓦斯抽采长钻孔是煤矿井下钻探领域的一大难题,已尝试应用了多种钻进工艺方法,虽取得了一定成效,但在一定程度上仍存在成孔深度浅、成孔率低等问题,不能完全满足瓦斯高效抽采的需要。在中风压空气钻进技术的基础上开发了井下泡沫钻进工艺,研制了配套泡沫灌注系统,发展了中风压空气-稳定泡沫复合钻进技术。现场工业性试验取得了良好效果:成孔深度显著提高,钻进过程中泡沫介质排渣顺畅,钻具回转、起拔压力低、孔口无粉尘,由于这些明显的技术优势,井下泡沫钻进与中风压空气-稳定泡沫复合钻进工艺技术在松软煤层顺层钻孔施工中具有广阔的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: To drill long borehole along seam for gas drainage in soft coal seam is always very difficult, and the available drilling techniques can not fully meet the demand of gas efficient drainage, problems of shallow borehole depth and lower hole-making ratio are still existed. Therefore, on the base of medium-pressure compressed air drilling technique, the foam drilling technology used in coal mine is developed , which includes the studies of foam drilling technique, development of generating and grouting system for foam, development of compound drilling technique with medium-pressure compressed air and stable foam, etc. The effect of industrial field tests is very good, the depth of boreholes for gas drainage in soft coal seam can be significantly increased, the discharge of drilling cuttings by foam is efficient, the rotary and drawing pressure of drilling pipe is lower than that of medium-pressure compressed air drilling technique, at the same time, and there is no dust pollution. Because of the above advantages, the foam drilling technique and the compound drilling technique of medium-pressure compressed air and stable foam have wide application prospect in soft coal seam.
